Now that Sally has focused on a particular job, Mandy suggests that she make a list of all the places she can go and the people she can see to find a job as a Pastrycooking Assistant. Together they create a checklist on which Sally can record the things she plans to do to achieve her goal.

Mandy tells Sally that Centrelink have a Disability Support Officer who helps people with disabilities to find work. She suggests Sally telephone to make an appointment and that she record this as the first task on her checklist.
