Each person has a job to do to help prepare the order. Maria, Ben and Tania find the things the customer wants and Bruno packs them into boxes.

Bruno operates well as part of the team. He does his bit and does his best to help the others when asked.

However, when Tania offers to help him pack he waves her away saying, 'I can do it myself'. Bruno thinks he doesn't need Tania's help.
