Frank is working in the delicatessen section of Fletchers supermarket alongside Dean, Rowan and his supervisor Melissa. Rowan has started to tease Frank, telling him he is overweight and calling him tubby.

Frank is embarrassed by Rowan's teasing. It is unfair and Frank wants Rowan to stop this behaviour.
