Wendy gives Nabela some feedback. Last week Nabela was sick. She didn't turn up for work and she didn't call to let the team know she wouldn't be in. The team had to cope without her.

Wendy explains that when someone is ill and can't come to work, it is very important to ring and tell someone.

Nabela feels embarassed and sinks a little bit into her chair but keeps looking at Wendy and listening. Wendy then gives Nabela a chance to respond.
