Wendy asks the team if they have any feedback for Alex. Cathy starts by saying that she thinks Alex has fitted in well to the team and that he's doing a good job. The rest of the team agree with her. Boris tells Alex that he must remember to shut the cool room door properly as the food will spoil.

Alex thinks about what he has learned about giving and receiving feedback and prepares his response. He takes a deep breath and with a calm tone of voice tells the team that he understands and he will make an effort to do it correctly from now on. Well done Alex!
