It's 8.00 am on Saturday morning and Alex watches as the whole team goes into action, each with a job to do. Cathy is preparing the dining area with streamers and balloons. Nabela is re-stocking the serviette containers. Kim is cleaning the counter. In the kitchen all the guys are hard at work too. Elia is preparing the ingredients, Boris is preparing the grill and Pete is stacking drinks in the fridge.

Alex's job is to bring bags of uncooked French fries into the kitchen from the cool room. There will be a lot of fries eaten today!
