Sally's dad tells her that everyone has the right to be shown respect and treated fairly at work. Most workplaces have rules of behaviour that must be followed. If people don't follow these rules they risk being sacked. In some cases they may even be breaking the law.

Sally's dad tells her that everyone should be treated the same whether they are old or young, male or female, have a different culture or religion, or have different abilities. Workers shouldn't poke fun at, bully or threaten anyone because of such differences. This applies to everyone - including the boss!
