Sally's mum tells her that in most cases the boss or a supervisor should be told. If it is the boss or a supervisor who is the one treating you unfairly then speak to a family member or a friend. Some workplaces have personnel departments with staff who are trained to help you. A good workplace will make sure that rules are followed and unfair behaviour is stopped as quickly as possible.
