Sally's mum tells her that in most workplaces there may be times when people are treated unfairly. She tells Sally that if this happens to her she should tell someone straight away. Sally asks her parents who she should talk to.

Some workplaces have personnel departments with staff who are trained to help you. A good workplace will make sure that rules are followed and unfair behaviour is stopped as quickly as possible.
