One day when Alex is cleaning some of the cooking utensils, Boris comes over to him and shows him a different way of doing things. Elia, who is listening in the background, tells Alex that there is a better way to do things.

Boris is annoyed and says to Elia, 'What would you know?' Elia shouts back, 'Your way is stupid'. They start to argue loudly. Alex looks on confused.

Wendy enters the kitchen and tells them to sort out their disagreement and get back to work.

Alex is learning that disagreements can get out of hand if people don't respect each other's views.
